Home shopping Network(HSN) Has a Warrning I just saw Saying: Toxic??

That Many of Jewlery Items will not be sold to People of California...Proposition 65....I called HSN and rep said he didnt know why that warrning was on the web site...HMMM I didnt belive him...I had to look it up on the internet.....So Some of the jewlery has toxic chem. in the Jewlery! this sucks cuz I love Hedi Daus collection...but I guess its TOXIC by Californias Standards......Get this the Rep on HSN Said to have someone in another state order it for me.....ummm no thanks I want to live! .......He he.....

OMG..!!! the same thing happened with me..i called them up..and the customer Rep acted all innocent saying they had no idea..!! what crap!!??! i don't believe that...i asked if anyone out there could actually answer my question..then she said i could mail the "HSN Customer Accounts"...i asked if i could just email...she said i could try but they might not know about it as well...anyways..she gave me the mailing address HSN Customer Accounts PO Box 9090 Clearwater, Fl 33758 even i am freaked out..i have bought SOOO MANY Heidi Daus products..!!! :( and i LOVE HER JEWELRY!!! oh god i am all numb after reading this warning...!!! and you know HSN ppl are sooo smart...California law REQUIRES that if you sell something with the toxic product you are supposed to give a warning with the product..sooo...they must have thought if we give the warning alot of ppl from the other states will stop buying...!! and ALOT of their sales will fall...SO..they decided to stop selling it to ppl of the California state..!! Its hard to believe what ppl can do to increase their sales!!!! GRRRRR!!!! :@
2. they use a chemichal considered toxic buy the state of California, it is not due to wearing the item, it has to do with disposal and there eventual breakdown, wearing is safe, but throwing it away is not and produces toxins when landfilled/
