The sims 2 open for business help?

How do you start up a home business clothing shop? I downloaded a clothes stall from the Internet and i can't find it in the 'to buy' catalogue. I saw some screenshots from the game and in one of them it has a boy browsing a clothes rack - how do you get that? Thanks

1. If it's custom content that you downloaded from the internet sometimes it doesn't show up, did a popup come up when you started the game talking about enabling things? If so you want to click enable. I know if you go and purchase a community lot then go to your lot you'll see the clothing stalls that way(Meaning click on the phone and click Real Estate, purchase community lot, etc.). But for a home business I've never seen them.
2. You have to use the phone, select business then select start a home business and your business is started! To sell clothes you have to buy the clothing rack which only becomes available after you start a home business. I think you have to make sure you're selling the clothes on the rack and customers will come and browse and buy.
