- Most grocers sell Scotbloc chocolate, however you may wish to check out www.greenandblacksdirect.com site for better quality chocolate. Alternatively try http://www.montezumas.co.uk/cooking/?g=37&r=8 for chocolate pellets ready to melt. Have fun
- here are some sites where you can get some ideas and supplies http://www.candymoldcentral.com/scripts/openExtra.asp?extra=16&gclid=CI-jmeXY6pwCFQ0aawod6G-cjw http://www.anoccasionalchocolate.com/ http://www.chocolateforcandy.com/chocolatemolds.htm?gclid=CLrZnpDX6pwCFSUsawodLA97jg https://www.thechocolatepantryonline.com/choc/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=15&Itemid=58&gclid=CKGmhbLY6pwCFRgSawodykdekw
- For the chocolate shells, you will need what is called coating chocolate. My bakery professor just went over this in my truffle lab two weeks ago.
