Is there a way to find promotions and coupons for online shopping?

I don't shop online often and would just like to know if there are any secrets to finding a coupon or promotion code that I can use on a purchase I am making from oldnavy.com.

But for future reference, I found an ebook recently that has tons of information on finding coupon codes for almost anything you can think of. I'm a thrifty shopper, and I do pretty well finding coupon codes, but I didn't know about some of the sites listed in this ebook, or the ways it explains how to find coupon codes. It was well worth the $2 I paid for it! The site is listed below.
